Public Offer

This document is a public offer from Pavel Sergeevich Lavrentev, a self-employed individual registered under Russia's professional income tax regime ("samozanyaty"), Tax ID (INN) 352534408431, Vologda, Russia (the "Provider") to any individual or legal entity (the "User") to enter into an agreement for access to the LinearCut.RU service under the terms set out below.

1. Subject of the agreement

The Provider grants the User access to the LinearCut.RU web service for calculating optimal linear cutting-stock schemes, including the extended features of the PRO plan, and the User pays for the access granted under the terms of the selected plan.

2. Payment and activation

Payment is made via the YooKassa payment service by non-cash means. Access to the PRO plan activates automatically once the payment provider confirms successful payment, and remains active for the period corresponding to the selected plan.

3. Rights and obligations of the parties

The Provider undertakes to provide access to the service in accordance with the selected plan. The User undertakes not to use the service for unlawful purposes and not to attempt to circumvent the plans' technical limits.

4. Limitation of liability

Cutting-plan calculation results are provided for reference only. The Provider is not liable for losses arising from the use of calculation results without additional verification prior to production operations.

5. Term and amendments to the offer

The agreement is deemed concluded from the moment the User pays for the selected plan. The Provider may amend the terms of the offer by publishing a new version on the site.
